Kim Carmichael began writing eight years ago when her love of happy endings inspired her to create her own. She has a weakness for bad boys and techno geeks, and married her own computer whiz after he proved he could keep her all her gadgets running. When not writing, she can usually be found slathered in sunscreen trolling Los Angeles and helping top doctors build their practices

My Take On It:

I have to be honest here, I've been in a pretty harsh book funk for the last month or so.  There have been so many things going on in my real life that I've found it hard for a book to keep my attention.  Kim had my attention from page 1, and kept it throughout the whole book.  It was the perfect combination of good girl meets bad boy.  The absolutely absurd first meeting, which completely sets the tone for this awesome story, turns out to be the perfect way for them to meet.  I absolutely love the little quirks that make each of the people in the story awesome in their own right.  Kim Carmichael tells a hell of a story with just enough humor and off the wall twists that are more than enough to grab and keep a readers interest.  I seriously can't wait to get my hands on the rest of the stories in the Indelibly Marked series.  Thank you Kim, for breaking my funk!!
