Alluring Ties Review Tour

                                             Disclaimer from Bradi St. James

There are some situations which are not for everyone included in this novella: cheating, male/male romance and sex, and like all of Skye’s books, explicit language and hot ass sex.  If you can’t handle it, don’t read it. It’s that simple. But if you want to know more about myself and Erik, then turn the page and get started!

Alluring Ties is NOT a full length novel, but is a companion novella to the Bayou Stix series.
It is recommended to be read in this order:

Alluring Turmoil, Book 1 Bayou Stix  Amazon  B&N

Alluring Seduction, Book 2 Bayou Stix  Amazon  B&N

Alluring Ties, Book 2.5 Bayou Stix

In Alluring Turmoil, we were introduced to Lexi Sloane’s two best friends, Bradi and Erik. Alluring Ties will take you on a journey into their pasts and bring you to their present.

Bradi St. James is a force to be reckoned with. She’s strong, independent, and has something to prove. All of her life, she’s watched the world around her and is determined to have a different fate from what she’s grown up with. The path you’ve always believed to be the right path, may not be your destiny after all.

Erik Jenson is a kind man. A nurturer and the kind of friend everyone wants to have. Growing up surrounded by friends and family who support him, he’s a confident man. The choices he must make and the chances he must take as he lives and grows make him the strong, loving man he becomes.

Alluring Ties contains explicit sex, including some male/male, strong language and is not intended for anyone under the age of 18 or anyone who does not like M/M romance

My Take On It:

First off, I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.  All opinions here are my own.  Secondly, Alluring Ties was my introduction to this series, so yes, I read them out of order.  I will, however, be going back and starting at the beginning with Alluring Turmoil, because after this introduction, I absolutely have to.

Bradi St. James.  She's bold.  She's daring.  She's got it going on, and she knows it!

Erik Jenson.  He's "that" guy.  The one we all want.  He's sweet, he's kind, he's sexy as hell.  He's got it all going on too.  Unfortunately for us, he's gay.

Together with Lexi, Micah, and a whole campus of people they embark on a  7 year journey that will lead them to where they are today.   They'll have to find their way through lies, and deceit, through bad decisions and drama.

From page one, I was sucked right in.  I absolutely loved how bold Bradi was.  I loved learning about who she is and what made her that way.  I have to say that the way Skye Turner tells a story is captivating.  These aren't people on a page.  These are friends and people you know.  You can't put down this book without knowing these people intimately and well!  And Erik?  Mr. Yummy?  I'm with Bradi, he's just too gorgeous to not be straight, it's just not fair, lol.  Not only is he delish, he's a great guy.  He loves his friends and shows it.  He's loyal and smart and funny.....see?  just not fair!

Do yourself a favor, pick this series up today.  You'll be so glad you did!
